Maturation: Oak-8 months

Serving Temperature: 16˚C.  

Intense, deep ink, violet in color, with an aroma of freshly baked cinnamon-raisin bread awakens the nose, followed by notes of dates, banana and toffee.

On the palate, this elegant wine displays a smooth blackberry jam spread over creamy smooth tannins. 

Enjoyed with steak, topped with cream sauces, or mildly seasoned Moroccan dried fruit and couscous.
