Usable Cover Information:

The Usable Cover portion of your ticket is referred to as Cover Cash. Each person will receive their cover cash card at time of check in and the cover cash is good only during the event for store purchases (excluding additional wine flight tastings). Any cover cash not used during the event will be non-refunded and the surrendered amount will go towards the cost of tasting. Partial proceeds from surrendered cover cash will go to No Kill Pet Charities.

Wine Tasting Terms of Use Information:

If an emergency arises and you cannot attend the Wine Tasting date you selected and paid cover to attend, you can use it at any publicly scheduled Wine Tasting within the next 30 days by contacting the store to make arrangements. After 30 days your cover will be surrendered. Cover cash may not be transferred to other guests and can only be used by the purchasing guests. All guests must adhere to The Gifted Ferret Wine Tastings Policy.

*In the rare case that management approves a refund for a paid event because the guest can not use the tickets in the future, there will be a 10% refund fee to pay for credit card fees associated with your initial ticket purchase and refund amounts that are paid to the credit card processing company. 

Registration to this event means that you accept the terms of use.
