Our pairing events are designed to educate the enhancing power of taste when you combine the right wine and food. Of course, this can also have the opposite effect on your taste which you will also experience at the beginning of the session allowing you to truly experience the height of the elevation of taste when you get it right. Tasting will be the integral part of this event, so be ready to enjoy these new combinations of flavors.

What is the Pairing All about? 

Our Chocolate Truffle Wine Pairings will provide you with an appreciation of when combining the correct tasting items together, you will give your tastebuds a happy and sometimes a surprising taste that you never saw coming. We will start the session off with a Welcome Sparkling Group Toast as we all get to know each other before we dive into the tasting experience. After introductions and the tasting instructions, we will have a brief experiment and show you what happens when a pairing goes wrong. But don't worry, you tastebuds will thank you all throughout the rest of the session.

We will as a group go through 4 Wine Tastings across the wine palate range while introducing a chocolate pairing that will not only change the flavor of both the wine and chocolate but enhance it to a whole new level. Sit back at our warm and comfortable community wine table, relax, meet new friends and get ready for a great experience while celebrating Valentine's Day.
