Vineyards: Finca San José, Gualtallary, Tupungato (Valle de Uco, Mendoza). Height: 4.724 feet. Production: 9.000 kg/ha. Its vineyards grow on sandy soil. This soil gives typical characteristics to the vine. They are taken by an espalier system and protected with an anti-hail coat.
