THE WINE
View: It has a subtle and transparent golden yellow colour with brilliant greenish and silvery hues.
Nose: Aromas of ripe fruit such as melon, peach, pear and pineapple with hints of caramel and honey.
Palate: It is delicate and elegant, very fruity, soft and amiable, pleasant and buttery. Its aromas altogether make it sensual and refined.

Maridajes: Ideal with seafood, light cheeses, cold cuts and desserts.

"Hereford" breed of great strain, such as the Cabernet Sauvignon variety that gives rise to this kind wine.Deep ruby red color, with distant violet nuances and fruity aromas reminiscent of the cassis and the cherry in a pleasant communion with vanilla and toast, the product of its oak aging.

Wine of intense ruby red color with a violet hue.
The taste of the wine is rich, harmonious and rich, has a soft texture, rounded tannins, notes of fruits and berries, framed with bright vanilla and smoky accents.
The aroma of the wine is complex and multi-layered, replete with notes of ripe fruits and berries, with dominant tones of cherry, blackberry and black currant, accentuated by nuances of pepper.
The wine goes well with meat dishes, cold meats and Gouda cheese.
