Availability of Items
Please note that most of our furniture and fixtures will be on sale—including our Custom Made Bar! Items can be purchased and reserved, items will be available for pickup after the item has been cleared of all product and may require a future pickup date. Special pick up dates and times may be considered on a case by case basis. All sales are final.
Payment
Furniture and fixture will be sold for cash. If credit card purchases are requested, we will grant exception if the guest is willing to pay the 3% credit card processing fee to cover fees incurred. Prices listed are firm unless otherwise noted below.

Removal
Removal of items must be solely performed by the purchaser with ample moving equipment and moving resources. No assistance can be provided by the seller and the seller is not responsible for injuries or broken purchased items after items have been paid.
