Light yellow with green reflections. The nose offers delicate aromas of cyclamen, citrus fruits and fresh herbs. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid and rightly soft.
Vinification and ageing : destemming and very soft pressing, with almost whole berries. Cryomaceration of the mass for about 5 days, very soft pressing, start of fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. Aging in steel with permanence on the fine lees for about 3 months, and subsequent bottling
