Intense, fruity and floral bouquet. Lively, fresh and clean flavor. A wine to which you have to find your way by enjoying it slowly.
This is a 'frizzante' or slightly sparkling white wine, made from the glera grape, which is also used for prosecco. The wine is made according to the 'méthode ancestrale', also called 'pétnat'. This means that the wine is bottled when it has not yet been fermented. Fermentation then continues in the bottle, creating bubbles. Bottling is done according to the old tradition according to the lunar phases, hence the name 'Lunario'.
Lunario is a very natural wine: nothing is added at all and the sediment remains in the bottle. The result is a very dry wine without one gram of sugar, with bubbles and a little cloudiness. This wine is also very low in terms of sulphite (30 mg / liter) and alcohol (11% alcohol).
The wine is closed with an ordinary cork, which is held with a string.
