Out Of Stock Items
All items out of stock at the time of pick-up or delivery for any reason, items may be substituted with permission of the buyer or be refunded or partially refunded in the case of a partial order being fulfilled by the same method as the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 5 days to appear back to your account via your original payment method.
Payment
You agree to pay in full by the payment method you submit during the check out process on any order that you submit and will not contest payment.
Returns
Under Georgia law, wine may not be returned.
