Chardonnay is an international wine. We used a single grape variety and we will get a fresh and aromatic wine with good body and structured.
Vinification of the grapes from the new vines grown on trellises in Loreto, planted in 2011, started in 2014. These grapes are fragrant and undergo gentle pressing. The must goes into cryomaceration and then into temperature controlled fermentation.
The wine ages in stainless steel vats until February or March and then bottled.
Notes: bright straw yellow. Elegant hints of tropical fruit. In the mouth it’s full and fresh.
