Still don't have your plans for Valentine's Dinner? Don't forget we are offering a unique Pop Up Dinner this Valentine's Day. Although, our 8:30pm seating is completely full. We still have some availability for our 5:30pm seating. Join us and share a little love this year!

 

The evening promptly begins with a group toast to Valentines and the Special One in your life while you enjoy your first course with delicious appetizers. After a chance to mingle a bit and meet new couples, you will be invited to take your seats at one of our community wine tables as you get ready to be presented with your starting salad. Your main entree which you pre-select when purchasing your tickets follows with wine pairing for each course. Then it's time to finish with our decadent large handmade grand gourmet truffles with a wine pairing experience.

 

Round the evening off by taking home a favorite bottle of wine and maybe some more truffles to keep that special night going. All couples will receive a 10% discount off of anything purchased in the store at the end of this event. 

Menu:

Course 1 - Appetizers (During Reception with Sparkling Toast)
Cashew Stuffed Dates Wrapped with Applewood Bacon

Course 2 - Salad Starter (Seated at Tables)

Winter Salad
A blend of Broccoli, Cabbage, Brussels Sprouts, Kale, Berry Medley,  Cranberries, Roasted Pumpkin Seeds and a light Citrus Vinaigrette.  

 

Course 3 - Entrees (Choose 1 of 2 Entrees)

Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Marinated Chicken slow smoked and then sautéed with Broccoli, Onions in a Savory Alfredo Sauce served with Egg Pasta.

Lamb

Marinated braised Lamb Shank slow cooked in a Red Wine Reduction Sauce and a Twice Baked Potato.

Course 4 - Dessert
Large Handmade Grand Gourmet Truffles & Wine Pairing.

Cover will be $15 at the door or $10 if you pay cover online up to 12 hours prior to the event per person. Each person will receive cover cash for the amount paid and the cover cash is good only during the event for store purchases (excluding additional flight tastings). Any cover cash not used during the event will be non-refunded and the surrendered amount will go towards the cost of tasting. Partial proceeds from surrendered cover cash will go to No Kill Pet Charities.

Romance is not for couples only on Valentine's, singles can find love too. No matter if your married, dating or single, break out your best red attire and come out to our Red Party Wine Tasting. There will be some great fashion definitely causing some rubbernecking people watching moments with some tasteful red attire, not to mention some tasteful red wine. See you you can make that special connection or reconnection while enjoying some wonderful Artisan Wine and a backdrop of some high energy dance music to set the mood.

Salmon Run Chardonnay Riesling - New York - $15.83

salmon run chardonnay rieslingMedium intensity with fresh fruit dominant characters of sweet citrus, peach, honey and fresh pineapple; supported by ginger notes.

The blend’s aim is to preserve the fruity characters and richness from Chardonnay, with the refreshing citrus and crisp acidity from Riesling.

Dry with soft mouth feel

Light bodied, balancing flavor intensity with palate freshness.

Pair with picnic lunches, poultry and fried fish and shrimp dishes.

Alcohol: 12 %, pH: 3.33 Sugar: 0.66%, Acidity: 0.7 g/100mL

 

Dr. Konstantin Frank Dry Rosé - New York - $20.00

Dr. Konstantin Frank Dry RoséVinification

Made in the saignée method. A method of rosé production that involves bleeding off the juice after limited contact with the skins. Pronounced ‘sonyay’.

After this process, this red blend, consisting mostly of Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Lemberger and a touch of Saperavi, goes through a cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Wine Description

Medium intensity with dominant characters of strawberry, watermelon and honey dew.

An interesting wine that shows sweeter characters on the nose, but surprises with a crisp refreshing dry palate.

Food Pairing: Barbecue foods and fresh summer salads

Drink now or cellar until 2018

Cuvelier Los Andes Cabernet Sauvignon - Argentina - $24.13

Good full red and bright.

Aromas of currant, plum, chocolate and meat. Soft, intense and varietally precise, with good energy for the flavors of currant, plum, tobacco and earth.

It ends with sweet, slightly dusty tannins, a cherry note and solid structure.

 

Jovan Alidis Tinto - Spain - $18.75

Vineyard of origin: own Vineyards, situated on hillsides oriented south, with soil and gravel bottom clay. Of some 10 years 


Variety: 100% Tinto's native country.

Winemaking: A temperature-controlled less than 28 sessions, macerations 15 days.   Jovan ALIDIS

COLOR:  Attractive cherry red.

NOSE:  Intense aromas and fresh fruit.

 

TASTE:  In the mouth is fresh and light, easy to drink and a final taste of fruit that lasts.
Very balanced.

"Adesso" Romagna Cagnina Dolce - Italy - $16.59

Nobody knows from where the name Cagnina comes, but this wine has been made since the 13th century exclusively in the Emilia Romgna Region, just south of Venice, in Italy.

"Adesso," which means "now" in Italian, is a wine that is easy to love.

Tasting notes: Pleasantly sweet, Adesso’s berry aromas and flavors are impossible to resist. Low in alcohol, Adesso is a fun and easy to drink red wine for those who prefer their wines “off dry”.

Classification: Romagna DOP

Area of Production: Castrocaro Terme, Predappio, Meldola, Bertinoro

Grape Variety: 100% Refosco

Soil: Loam

Spacing of Plants: 1 x 3m

Vinification Technique: 15-day maceration; fermentation is halted when both the sugar content and alcohol level reach their defined levels; approximately 10 days.

Vinification:     Soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel barrels. 

Characteristics:    Intense aromas reminiscent of freshly picked grapes.  Perfect for concluding a meal or dessert.  To be served between 46-50°F. 

Additional notes:    Lightly sparkling, low alcohol, crowd pleaser.

 

Reymos Espumoso de Moscatel - Spain - $17.95

Pale with hints of green, clean and bright with fine, persistent bubbles. Rich in elegant aromas characteristic of the variety. Characteristic taste does not conform to the traditional perception of sparkling wine. Its high content in natural sugars produces a feeling of fullness in the mouth. The finish is persistent, sweet and very pleasant. Light due to its low alcohol content, smooth foam.
