Tasting Selections:
The grapes were crushed, pressed and the juice was cold settled. The wine was all fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to preserve the fruit aromas. After fermentation, the wine was allowed to settle in the tanks over the Winter before blending and filtration.
This Riesling displays wonderful characteristics of steely acidic backbone, floral elements and pear/apple notes. The full-mouth feel of this wine makes it perfect for BBQ foods and serves well as an afternoon sipping wine.

Vinification
The fruit was picked in the early morning to retain freshness.
The must was left in contact with the skins for 24 hours for flavor extraction prior to fermentation at low temperatures.
The ferment was stopped to retain a small amount of residual sugar.
The Wine Description:
Medium intensity with dominant characters of spice, honey and rose with citrus undertones .
The time on skins and the yeast used add palate weight and texture, while enhancing the mineral undertones.
The light touch of sweetness is well balanced by a crisp acidity.
Food Pairing: Coconut curries and other spicy Asian cuisine
Drink now or cellar until 2021

Chardonnay is an international wine.
We used a single grape variety and we will get a fresh and aromatic wine with good body and structured.
Vinification of the grapes from the new vines grown on trellises in Loreto, planted in 2011, started in 2014.
These grapes are fragrant and undergo gentle pressing.
The must goes into cryomaceration and then into temperature controlled fermentation.
The wine ages in stainless steel vats until February or March and then bottled.
Some notes: bright straw yellow. Elegant hints of tropical fruit. In the mouth it’s full and fresh. Goes well with spaghetti with pachino tomatoes and shrimps.

Bright pink colour with predominantly red fruit aromas.
In the mouth this wine is pleasant, elegant, refreshing and lingering on the finish.

Appellation: Indication Géographique Protégée Pays D’Oc
Soil: The Domain is located in the heart of an abundant «garrigue» nearby the Mediterranean shore. The soils are mainly limestone with some sandstone, red clay and shale. Mediterranean climate with strong sea influence.
Grapes: 100% Organic Syrah.
Harvest: Manual harvest, in small crates.
Yield: 30 hl/ha
Vinification: Traditional. Cold fermentation. In vats for 21 days.
Alcohol: 14 %
Tasting: This intense, elegant, and complex Syrah presents powerful aromas of blackberries and spices, with smooth tannins. To serve with charcuterie, red meats, and cheese.
Serve at 15/17°C.

The Woodstock Juniors’ Holiday Tour of Homes first began in 1997. Since its inception, the tour has raised over $500,000, allowing the Woodstock JWC to invest in the lives of needy citizens of Cherokee County. The Holiday Tour of Homes features exquisite homes in Woodstock and Canton that are professionally decorated for the holidays by local designers. Each home has unique features that make it distinctive. Visitors will be able to get numerous holiday decorating ideas to make their own homes more festive for the holiday season. Each year we showcase two homes on a candlelight evening tour. The Holiday Tour of Homes is held the second weekend in November.
