Missing Newsletters
We just wanted to let everyone know that you may or maynot have received your newsletters in the past 6 weeks. We keep in compliance with our emails by using a mailing service company, most people have heard of some of the main US companies like Constant Contact. We use Mailjet as a service for mass mailings and we just discovered this week that we had an issue with our account and the service was limiting our daily sends to only 200 emails. So for the last 6 weeks the majority our our guests that look for our emails did not get them consistently. We believe that the issue has been corrected and this should be the first communication that reaches everyone since the issue started. Thanks for being such loyal friends and guests!

The Six Hats brand is built around a concept that seeks to highlight the various roles and responsibilities that are assumed by all parties involved in progressive and equitable wine farming. Here, each hat stands for Partnership, Change, Potential, Equity, Dignity and Sustainability. Fair Trade Certified, this is a classic New World Shiraz with clean notes of peppery, jammy red / black berries and a dollop of cocoa on the finish. Juicy and forward, just easy to drink and more, a wine you can feel good about drinking! Pair with lamb dishes and pasta with rich tomato-y sauces.
Shiraz
We'd like to clear this up once and for all: the Shiraz grape is genetically identical to Syrah. Australian winemakers put "Shiraz" on the map (and, many would argue, vice versa), and the term is now used throughout much of the New World. Let it never be said, however, that Shiraz and Syrah are the same thing: the region in which the grape is grown determines much about the flavor of the wine it will produce. Typically, New World Shiraz yields bigger, fruitier wines than the the peppery Syrahs produced in the cool climates of the Rhône Valley.

Sangue di Giuda translates to Blood of Judah. This wonderful sparkling red wine is sinfully sweet!
This naturally sparkling wine has an intense crimson-red color and produced from a combination of Croatina (60%), Barbera (20%), Ughetta (10%), Uva rara (10%) (autochthonous grape varieties). It contains a very fruity fragrance that includes crushed berries, dark plums and black cherries. The wine has good acidity, which balances its sweetness. It has a delicate, fresh, and fruity taste that is best enjoyed while the wine is young.
Exceptional with fruit tarts, almond desserts and fine pastries.
