Recently, Max, Sweet Samantha, and Bouffant Bailey had their new four-legged friend Dakota stay with them for a weekend.

Dakota is a Boxer puppy, and she kept them all on their toes!

Samantha and Bailey, though they appreciated Dakota's affectionate kisses, weren't much up for playing with her.

But Max sure was, and what fun they had!

Max even taught Dakota how polite it is to do one's business in the backyard rather than in the kitchen (Dakota's favorite spot was over near the rose bushes).

Alas, Dakota eventually had to go home.

But she's coming for another stay in a couple of weeks.
