Blend : 50% Sémillon, 50 % Sauvignon Blanc,

Terroir : Clay and gravelous soils, 25 years-old vines.

Vine Density : 6000 plants/ha Surface : 5 ha

Vinification : Skin contact maceration, gentle pneumatic press under nitrogen. Alcoholic fermentation in french oak barrels. Ageing on lies for 9 months in barrels.

Tasting Notes : This wine presents a very good aromatic complexity. First, the nose is lightly toasted ; secondly it develops fruity and floral flavours that became more mineral after 3 years of ageing. Long and full bodied, this wine gets more finesse and elegance after a few years in bottles.
