On the nose it releases mineral notes, exotic fruit and acacia flowers. It is full, with a long and persistent finish. I would like to remind you that this is a company that produces only natural, certified organic wines.

Dwelling on the characteristics, its denomination is Sauvignon Blanc DOC;  therefore we are talking about a wine with an identity card of Denomination of Controlled Origin. It is grown in the Ripalimosani territories and produced by the Vinica farm. It comes from 100% Sauvignon Blanc vines and has an alcohol content of 13%. Its is an intense straw yellow color and the bottle size is 75cl.

The vinification takes place through a spontaneous fermentation, with only indigenous yeasts. Refines in steel tanks, before being bottled and marketed.

Finally, our advice is to combine this wine with first or second courses based on fish, seafood and with aperitifs.
