Community Hub: Over the years, The Gifted Ferret became a vibrant hub known for hosting numerous events, including wine tastings, parties, and special event nights, fostering laughter and shared moments.
Part of Woodstock: It was recognized as a popular local establishment in Woodstock, often featured alongside other historic downtown businesses.

Wine Tastings: These were a central feature, allowing customers to sample and learn about different hard to find wines from around the world.
Parties and Social Gatherings: The shop fostered a lively social scene with regular events, turning a wine shop into a nightspot for fun. They frequently hosted themed parties and private events, making it a true community hub.
The owners, Kevin and Vinny, focused on making The Gifted Ferret a place for shared experiences and community bonding and lasting friendships, which is why these events were so popular!
🗺️ Closing the Chapter, Starting Anew
Farewell to the Shop: In a heartfelt message, Kevin and Vinny announced the closure of the physical shop doors in July/August, marking the end of their 14-year run to transition into retirement and new ventures.
The Spirit Lives On: The Gifted Ferret name and spirit will continue online after September.
New Horizons: The owners are now embarking on an Air B&B launch in Fort Oglethorpe, GA, near Chattanooga named Oglethorpe Oasis, and are considering the possibility of opening a new physical shop in that area.
